You can export your quiz. How do I export quiz content from a course? 

Then your colleague can import it. How do I import quizzes from QTI packages? 

Alternately, depending on the responsiveness of your Canvas Admin, your colleague could be added to your course with teacher-permissions, then they could do a simple course copy. https://community.canvaslms.com/docs/DOC-13101-4152497985

Howdy  @lkirk ‌,

That's a great question. Sharing to Commons is one way to do it, as you know. However, you can also export & download a file to send/give to the other teacher (whether by shared dropbox, email or thumbdrive).

How do I export quiz content from a course? 

Then, the other teacher would import your export file into their course. 🙂
