I'm not exactly sure why the submitted PDF file wouldn't be displaying in the main part of your SpeedGrader. From the screenshot you shared, everything looks okay to me. Have you tried clearing your browser cache/history, closing the browser, and then re-starting the browser to see if the issue resolves itself? Here are a couple Guides:
