Technical Issue during an Exam

Dear Admin, 

I am the TA for the course CRP8080 (

During an exam in Sep24th some students have not been able to upload their answers. I can't see their answers in my canvas and they claim they have answered. Is there any way to retain their exam the way they have entered their answered? Is there anything we can do to help with this situation?

@FarnazKamyab I think you meant for this to go to your school's admin and not be posted here.  This a global community of all the Canvas users around the world (such as yourself) and we do not have access to your system to help.  I am an Admin at my institution and there are ways for them to force the submission if it is stuck.  I have had a few students recently, especially with New Quizzes, where the submission does not go through and I have gone in a forced the submission.  Sometimes it is as easy as acting as the student and sometimes it has to be done by API but it is possible.  So, I recommend contacting your institution Canvas support directly and not through here.
