Unable To View Video Due To Privacy Settings

I am a student who is unable to view the first video for my course at Oregon State University, Public Speaking 101.

 

It says that the video cannot be displayed because of it's privacy settings. The screen where the video should be is black, and says "Sorry. Because of it's privacy settings, this video cannot be played here."

I have contacted the course professor. He says he will look into it and get back to me. However, I just wanted to rule out the possibility that this is some kind of technical problem on my end (Unlikely, since this happens on my personal computer, my phone, and my high school-issued computer). The high school IT tech looked into the latter (I am taking a postgraduate program at the high school, hence his availability to help). I am not sure what he did, but regardless, he was also unable to fix the issue.

What more can I do?
