Unable to sign in/confirmation for password reset email not sent

I am unable to sign in from canvas from my account on the website, but when I go through my school email for the link set by my school to do orientation courses, I am able to get in.  I am using the correct password, and I have even tried different variations in case I did accidentally get it wrong.  When I sent the password reset email, no email is sent to my account, and I have checked all of the possible locations it could be in(inbox, spam, trash, etc.). I am out of ideas as to what I can do next.  If anyone has any ideas or solutions it would be greatly appreciated!

Hi, LoganButler1!

It sounds like your school uses a single sign on authentication that isn't managed by canvas, which is why your not getting a password reset email from the LMS. The best course of action is probably to reach out to you schools IT system, as this is managed by them.
