Uploading a student's work onto Turnitin

A student failed to put her essays onto the Turnitin Portal I created, but e-mailed the essays to me directly.  When I try to upload them onto Turnitin, however, it doesn't recognize me as a student and won't accept the upload.  How do I get Turnitin to evaluate these essays?

You can't do that through Canvas.  My colleague  @rmurchshafer2 ‌ has some instructions for logging directly into TurnItIn as an instructor and submitting the paper directly at
