Are you in a role where you expect to have Canvas admin access, or something specific you're trying to do in Canvas that needs admin abilities? Normally only a select handful of staff at each school/institution will be given admin access to Canvas. It looks to me like you're a student, which means you probably wouldn't have admin access at all.
