my canvas won't load

my canvas page won't load. almost everything is blank and nothing happens when I click the dashboard button.

Hello there, @jbl82 ...
I know that Canvas was having some issues earlier today (see the section on "Past Incidents" on their status page), but those seem to have been resolved now. There have been other folks here in the Canvas Community over the past couple of weeks who have reported similar issues like you describe. Here are some possible solutions for you to try...
- Check to make sure your browser is up-to-date. You can read more about this in What are the browser and computer requirements for Instructure products?. Also, using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox are usually good choices when navigating around Canvas, so if you're using one of these already, you might try using the other for a while.
- Try clearing your browser's cache/history files. After doing this, close your browser completely, and then re-start your browser. Log back in to Canvas to see if things are better.
- Reach out to Texas State University. They may have some kind of Online Learning / eLearning / Distance Learning department there that may be able to help you with this. I found this page on their website which may help you: Canvas : IT Services : Texas State University (txst.edu).
