panopto not working

Hi there,

Hope this email finds you well. My panopto is not working as there are few students in class have reported the issue and we also reported the issue to our lecturer as well. I just talked to IT help assistants, they refer us to talk to Canvas help. Please kindly advise,

Hi @Lannybb216,

Panopto is a 3rd party product not really affiliated with Canvas/Instructure at all.  I would highly suggest contacting your IT help assistants again, as issues with Panopto are not something anyone at Instructure or the community here are really going to be able to address.

I'm sorry to have to give you this news, but I hope it gets you pointed back to someone who will actually be able to help.
