"Your media has been uploaded and will appear here after processing." message when trying to access media my teacher has posted in canvas

im a student and my teacher has posted practice tracks for a honor choir im in and whenever i open the page the videos do not load and only displays "Your media has been uploaded and will appear here after processing." and sometimes if i let it load for a long time, "Giving up on processing media. This problem will probably resolve on its own." the part check for my music is on tuesday and its very crucial that i learn this music before then. nothing i do seems to work, ive powered off and on my chromebook and reloaded the page several times too. I've emailed my teacher about it, but its the weekend and she hasn't replied. I'm reluctant about resending it because i know it might be annoying, especially since its her off time, but this is very urgent. what should i do?

Do you have any way of messaging other students and seeing if it works for them? If it’s only on your end, clearing your browser’s cache might work (Google how to do that for your browser.) But based on those error messages, it’s possible this is happening to everyone.
