How do I turn off the enhanced gradebook filters in Canvas?
Solved! Go to Solution.
Hi @hertz_uri ...
"Enhanced Gradebook Filters" is a Feature Option that can be turned on/off first at the Canvas account level by your school's local Canvas administrator. The options for turning it on/off are:
I'm not sure what option your school has set for you, but this would be a conversation that you'd need to have with folks at your school.
If you go into your course, go to course "Settings", and then click on your "Feature Options" tab. If you have an "Enhanced Gradebook Filters" row, you can click on the red "X" or the green checkmark to enable or disable it.
How do I manage new features for a course?
Hope this will help a bit.

Unfortunately, there's not an "enhanced gradebook filters" row.
Hello again, @hertz_uri ...
Then it sounds like your school's local Canvas administrator(s) has/have chosen to turn on the "Enhanced Gradebook Filters" Feature Option for everyone with no option to turn it off per course. You're going to need to talk with folks at your school if they would be willing to change the setting based on what I provided in my earlier response. Good luck with those conversations!
