The ElevateCALPADS Rule Library for CALPADS submissions enables California districts to pre-validate their data, so administrators can make corrections in their student information system before submitting data to the California Department of Education. This document outlines the steps required to use the ElevateCALPADS File Loader to upload your files for validation by the ElevateCALPADS Rule Library.
Click the Link to the File Loader
To log into the ElevateCALPADS File Loader, log into Elevate Data Quality. On the Home page, click the link to the ElevateCALPADS file loader provided in the Announcements section.
Log into the File Loader
Enter your Elevate Data Quality credentials and click Login.
Note: Not all users have access to the ElevateCALPADS File Loader. If you require access, please request that your district's Elevate Data Quality Administrator email data-quality-support@instructure.com to update your access.
Upload New Files
Click the Upload New Files button.
Select Files to Upload
For each file type you want to upload, click the Choose File button [1] and select the file.
Change the Delimiter field [2] if your file is comma-separated.
Once you've selected all files, click the Upload Files button [3].
Review Results
Elevate Data Quality processes all files uploaded and sends the results via email.
