Prescriptions (or solutions) can be stored in Elevate Data Quality. These tell the user how to resolve errors in the SIS (Student Information System).
Default Prescriptions for Aeries have been added to Elevate Data Quality for common rules.
Additional Prescriptions can be authored by your district and sent to data-quality-support@instructure.com for addition into Elevate Data Quality. Refer to the Prescriptions Authoring Guide for information on how you can provide Prescriptions.
Viewing the Prescriptions
To see details about a rule when viewing the Data Certifications Results, click the More Info button.
If a Prescription is available, you see a link in the Rule Description field.
