Employee Spotlights

Danielle Bromley (@DanielleBromley) is a rockstar! They’ve smashed every "measured" stat this fall but also knocked the immeasurables out of the park. They have been an awesome presence in office hours and their team channel. Their impact goes beyond answering the questions that pop up in those resources, helping to keep the spirits of those around them up with their positive attitude and adorable zoo of crocheted friends that frequently join her during zoom calls. Be it a Supervisor, an L1, or a user, Danielle has gone above and beyond this Fall to build up those who have the opportunity to interact with her.

When it comes to going the extra mile, Jeff Walker's (@JeffW) example is the standard. His dedication is evident in the countless examples where he has gone above and beyond to answer SIS questions for users and L1’s. Whether it’s supporting his team, tackling tough questions in office hours, or simply being there when needed, Jeff sets a high bar for dedication and commitment. His wit, humor and team contests made peak season a more enjoyable place to be. His easy-going nature creates a positive and inclusive work environment for his team and customer support as a whole.

Community Member Spotlight

Community member Tony Bigby (@tbigby) exemplifies our Community’s dedication to collaboration by working closely with one of our Canvas Product teams. His recent involvement in testing and providing valuable feedback on our new OIDC Auth endpoint showcases his dedication. By actively participating in the development process, Tony helped ensure that Instructure continues to provide top-notch solutions to our community.

We want to send out the biggest thank you to our support team and Community members for your commitment to helping others collaborate, troubleshoot, and thrive during this busy time of year. We could not do it without you!
