Hi,
Is anyone else having problem with the Klik feature in the app? I have the app (I've had it since last year) and in general it seems to be working, but when I click on the Klik tab, I just get a black screen and spinning wheel.
I'd really like this be working! Who can I go to for app troubleshooting?

Good suggestion @melodyc_lam - I did not even know you could clear cache in an app. I have to admit mobile tech is blindspot for me. What I actually did was delete and re-install the app. It worked, and I didn't even need to log in again.
@mbmacdonald Have you tried clearing app data/clearing cache for the mobile app? You'll need to log in again but that may help the app get working again.
