In this workshop we’ll share the journey of Northeastern University’s adoption of Canvas Credentials Pathways, highlighting the key factors that prompted our decision. We’ll discuss the importance of implementing backwards design when creating pathways, ensuring alignment between program goals and student achievement. We will also share our the unexpected value we experienced in helping departments clearly articulate and evaluate program requirements and outcomes. This clarity not only streamlines department processes but also enhances the overall user experience for students, driving both efficiency and engagement.
