Description
Since January 2025 Bifröst University has been using Intelligent Insights (II). By analyzing data on course participation, assignment submissions, and performance, it's possible to identify at-risk students. This allows for timely interventions, ensuring they receive needed support. II also supports curriculum improvement by reviewing course design and set-up and thus enabling our advisors to proactively provide support for teachers. We will share implementation journey so far, our successes and challenges, how it has already proven a valuable tool, and how we see it as a vital asset in our future quality assurance, by leveraging data and AI and thus supporting staff and students and fostering culture of continuous improvement. This holistic approach ensures that we can provide high-quality education and meet accreditation standards effectively.
