New quizzes problems

Since last week we are having problems with the New Quizzes:

• Teachers can't import NQs
• Some students can't open some existing NQs

Is this a general problem? Or do we have to do something in our 'school account'?

I understand that were you seeing some issues with New Quizzes. 

We might need some more details from you on these specific issues you are seeing. I'll start out by asking:

• What seems be happening when teachers try and import New Quizzes? Does it show that the quiz is copying in the course and never seems to finish? I have found that if you run into this, you can duplicate the quiz in the original course where it is being copied from and then send the duplicate to the new course. 
• When students try and open existing New Quizzes, what seems to be happening there? Are they seeing any error messages or anything? 

Any additional details you can provide us with will help us try and assist further.
