No Grades from Speedgrader - New Quizzes

I have a teacher that assigned a New Quiz today and graded them in Speedgrader. At the bottom of the quiz page you can see a score, but you cannot enter a score in the Grade field, the grade out of 50 reads 0, and there's a page with exclamation point icon but no score in Grades. What gives?

Fill out a Canvas help desk ticket.  We had the same issue in my district and Canvas support had to reset something in the background and once they did that then everything was fine.
