List of CSM-set configuration settings for an Instructure customer (us)?

NOTE: I do NOT mean Instructure plumbing that makes the whole system function.

Hi all.

I was reading a post elsewhere about the posters Canvas timeout settings (session maintenance/browser keep-alive's), and different admins were discussing their values (24h, 48h, etc). It's a setting managed - rightfully so - by the allocated Instructure CSM.

But I realised we don't have that setting actually documented anywhere in any of our config docs.

And then I thought "What other does the CSM manage that affect our large, complex Canvas environment?"

Anyone know a list without bothering our CSM over this? (they have bigger fish to fry at the moment).
