Course Participation Dates and Assignments

With assignment enhancements enabled and with the course participation start date set to a date in the future, when viewing assignments as a student via Act As (not the student view), I've noted the following prompt below the instructions is presented. This gives the appearance that it is possible to upload a file, however the link does not function. Could this be removed from student view?

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. It is definitely a less than optimal user experience. I was able to recreate this issue and have created a ticket for our engineering team to update to our typical message that the assignment is not yet available.
