I have been using the free draw annotation tool for many years to mark "high quality" points made in student work. Just recently, I have discovered that each single mark is requiring a "confirmed checkmark" or it disappears. This is extremely inefficient as I make multiple markups on the submissions.
Is there a fix for this? Or a a work around?
To piggyback on this, my math teachers in particular use pens/tablets to annotate on a student's work and cannot "free Draw" (Or free write is what they're trying to do) as each time they pick up the pen they have to go through the steps of tapping the check mark. Is there a way to just allow them to free write/draw on a student's submitted document?
Agreed! This is extremely inefficient. This feature is getting in the way of instructors providing meaningful and timely feedback to students.
Instructors:
Auto-saving annotations with no checkmark feature is needed.
