[Account Settings] Disable Site Level apps (instead of only having a delete option)

Since apps can be difficult (or impossible) to restore when deleted at the site level, it would be nice if there was a disable feature.  If this prevented new instances of the app being used while preserving historical data, that would be best.  Then the app could be re-enabled if the decision was reversed.

This would be really helpful, especially as we are trying to transition install apps from LTI 1.1 to LTI 1.3

You can disable LTI tools by moving them to the "hidden from students" section in your course navigation.
