I have a class that is cross listed. When I perform the grade sync I can see the assignment, but the grade does not sync. How can I see the grade and the assignment?

Hi @ShannonBarneyG,
It’s been a while since we’ve heard from you. We hope you are doing well and that you’ve found an answer to your question!
The Community Team acknowledges that this thread does not have a proper answer. With that being said, I believe the issue would be more on your SIS side than the Canvas side and you'd probably want to talk to your local school Canvas administrators or IT staff to investigate. We are marking this post as a temporary solution to help Community Members find and respond to the newest and most active threads.
At any time, any Community member can click the “Not the Solution” option and then respond in-thread with your follow-up questions. It’s important to include @CommunityForums in that reply so we can restore the entire topic to our list of unanswered questions we check routinely.
Hi @ShannonBarneyG ...
Not really an answer to your question, but in your screenshot you might want to hide the student names...just to protect their identity and avoid any possible FERPA issues. I know you don't have any grades displayed for those students, but you might want to hide those names...just in case.
Thanks @Chris_Hofer for looking out for the students. I was able to blur the names in the gradebook and replaced it in @ShannonBarneyG's post.
