I'm experiencing difficulty accessing my courses on Canvas on my laptop. The webpage seems to be loading forever and all of its contents are blank.

Hi there, @hh2000 ...
I am sorry to read that you are having difficulties accessing your courses in Canvas. I've seen several similar postings here in the Community in the past few weeks, and here are some things for you to try:
- Make sure that you are using an up-to-date web browser. In general, Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox are good browsers to use when navigating around Canvas. You'll also want to make sure your computer meets the Canvas requirements. Here are some links for you:
- Try clearing your web browser's history/cache files. After you do that, you can close down your browser, re-start it, and then log back in to Canvas to see if anything has changed.
- Contact the UC Davis Help Desk staff. They may have some suggestions for you. I took a few minutes to browse their website, and I found the following page for you: Canvas Help | Canvas Help (ucdavis.edu).
- Contact the Canvas Help Desk staff. They may also have some recommendations on things to try. Here's a document on how to contact them: How do I contact Canvas Support? - Instructure Community
I hope this info will be helpful to you. Let Community members know if you have any other questions...thanks!
