Inport a Calendar to Canvas Calendar

We use a Canvas course titled "Master Calendar" to add all our school events so that it populates onto the student's personal Canvas Calendars. Events include dances, bell schedule, SAT exams, etc. It allows students to see their own course calendars along with the broader school schedule/calendar.

We have an iCal of all our sporting events and are wondering if there is a way to import the iCal INTO Canvas Calendar so we don't have to manually add all the sporting events into Canvas. 

I know we can import the Canvas calendar to iCal but we want the sporting events to appear in student's Canvas account.

Hi there!This is not currently possible in Canvas and there is not an existing related Canvas Feature Ideas. You might consider creating a new request in Ideas. (How do I create a new idea conversation in the Instructure Community?)

Hi! I'm interested in doing something like this! Every time I try to export the iCal, it shows up with my name instead of as the "main calendar". How do I export just that calendar instead of my whole calendar?
