Missing question banks

I need to add an unfiled question to an existing question bank. When I click to manage my question banks, the page only shows my bank of unfiled questions (not the other banks; see attached pic). Also, when I try to move an unfiled question to another bank, none of my other banks are listed (see attached pic). 

When I click View Bookmarked Banks, I see my other banks, but there's no way to edit them (so that I can add an unfiled question).

Also, I unbookmarked one of my banks, hoping it would return to the main page so that I could then add an unfiled question), but that didn't work, and now I can't find the unbookmarked question bank. The questions didn't return to the bank of unfiled questions either.

Any solutions would be much appreciated!

Thank you for contacting the Instructure Community. We're sorry to hear you've been experiencing issues with question banks. Did you have other question banks in this course before? If you're using classing quizzes, you don't necessarily get them automatically and the questions can be in "unfiled." If you do not have the question banks, the only real way to populate them is by exporting the quizzes and them re-importing them. You can create a question bank for the entire quiz when you do this.
