Module Assignment

The new Module assignment interface is super slow.  It takes at least one minute to load to be able to change the assignment dates.  I have many students in the course and it will increase! This is so time consuming and I need a fix or the older interface which didn't have this issue!

The easiest way to add and/or change assignment dates is this:

1. Click on Assignments

2. Click on the 3 dots in the upper righthand corner and then choose "Edit Assignment Dates."

3. You'll see a table with columns wirh all of the dates. (You may need to "zoom out" for the best view.)

I use this method, but I wish the extra step in editing one assignment or quiz due date was reverted to the old style.  This really slows down what should be a quick edit.

Hi @MichaelGoodman,

You'll hopefully be glad to know that Instructure is going to return back to something more like the original assign-to/due date experience in the near future,  You can see info about this on teh  Updates to the Assign To Interface - Instructure Community - 610506  blog.
