New Quizzes - Can't share an item bank

Hi,
I can't share an item bank in New Quizzes
When searching for teachers in the "shared with" field, no suggestions for people appear 
Several teachers experience the same error.
Teachers have previously shared item banks, but not anymore.

I have followed the procedure described in the article below.
So something must have happened.

Has anyone had a similar experience?
Any suggestions for a solution?

Update.
This issue was resolved by L2 Tech Support!
"I have heard back from our engineers in regards to the trouble sharing item banks. It looks like this was happening because the new quiz configuration was still pointing to the previous domain the account was using..."
