Student Submissions report not working/stuck

Hello community, since october 21, we cannot generate the Student Submissions report from canvas, it got stuck in this state (image 1), we tried everything to get it unstuck and nothing works, any  help?

@carlos_gomez1 You may need to contact Canvas support in order to get the report unstuck. If you know API calls, you may be able to use the API to delete the report after you find its id number.
