Unable to generate an updated Quiz Report

Hi everyone,

I hope all's well.

We are trying to run analytics on quizzes via Student & Item Analysis.  This week we had to change some former learners' roles back to Student to get their grades visible in the quizzes. However - for some quizzes, their analytics are available; others, not so. Or sometimes these students' results appear in the Item Analysis but not the Student Analysis.

I believe this is because the quiz reports are not updated:  the Student Analysis will say "Generated: Dec xx, 2022", but the Item Analysis "Generated: Yesterday 4:56pm".

How can I generate an updated report that includes these 'new' learners? I have chatted a Canvas rep who told me to wait for 24 hours, and that has now passed.

Just looking through unanswered questions and found this one.  That does seem like an interesting situation.  Just to make sure, is the class still an active class - that is the dates for when the class can be accessed have a start time before the current date and an end time sometime in the future?  If not, that could be the reason.
