Hi, there is no courses option button on my Canvas website and the dashboard just keeps loading. How do I fix this?

Hello there, @SamanthaImhoff ...
I have seen several people post similar questions to yours here in the Community about not being able to see their courses when they log in to Canvas. There are some things that have been suggested...such as:
- Make sure you are using an up-to-date browser. I have been recommending either Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox...as those two work well when navigating around the Canvas environment.
- Try clearing your browser history/cache files. Once you do that, close out of your browser and the re-start it. Log back in to Canvas, and see if anything has changed.
- Reach out to American University's Online Learning department. I took a few minutes to search their website, and I found the following links for you which might be of help: Canvas at American University | American University, Washington, DC and General & Technical Resources | American University, Washington, DC.
- Contact the folks at the Canvas Help Desk. They may have some additional suggestions for you.
