There are many differences between pumps and oxfords. When it comes to business shoes, there are some differences in terms of the materials used. For example, pumps have a heel that is made from leather, while oxfords have a rubber sole. Pumps also come with a higher heel than oxfords do.
In addition to these differences, there are some other subtle differences between pumps and oxfords that you may not realize until you wear them for a while. Some women find that they prefer the comfort of an oxford over the height of a pump because it’s easier to walk in.
There are also different types of pumps available depending on your personal taste and how you want to wear them out on the town or at work. There is even a category called “loungewear” which consists of lace-up boots and heels that are worn with tights or leggings for casual occasions and evenings out on the town.

@SonnyCassin ...
You may not have realized this, but you have posted this content to the global Canvas Community website where people from around the world come to ask questions, review "how to" guides, and much more...all about Canvas. I think you probably meant to post this in a course you are taking at your school rather than here in the Canvas Community website. Here is a video tutorial for you on how Discussion topics work in your course(s):
Discussions Overview (Students)
Hopefully you will be able to post this in your course and continue the conversation there. Good luck to you! Be sure to talk with your instructor if you have questions. How do I get help with Canvas as a student?
