@SusanNiemeyer is correct. If your school has not yet enabled this LTI, you will need to Moderate each quiz individually. If/when your school enables Accommodate HQ, you may need to work with administration on how to use that tool.
For Classic Quizzes, the answer is no. There is an extension called Accommodate HQ, which does this. However, not all schools have enabled it. (My college hasn't).
is Accommodate HQ an LTI add on? I would be interested in more information on it.
There was another add on made by UCF that does the moderation as well (it works on classic quizzes only). I sent that to our Canvas people only to never hear about it again.
