Hello @DanajiaBradley
Thanks for posting this in the Canvas Community.
I apologize that you are having trouble accessing the modules page. I understand that you are able to access the modules page on your phone, but not on your computer. Without being able to take a look at your course as an example, we might not be able to nail down what is causing that to happen and further troubleshooting might be required. I will list a few ideas of what I think could be causing this to happen below.
- When you go to the course on your computer, is the course navigation Collapsed? If so, you should see an icon to the top left side of the course home page with three lines. Click those three lines and it should open up the course navigation, allowing you to access the Modules page. HERE is a guide that goes over this if you need more of a visual aid.
- Has the instructor hidden the Modules page in the course navigation? I don't think this is the case since you are able to see the modules link on your phone. Sometimes instructor will hide certain navigation links in the course. You can have canvas support check and see if that is the case.
- Is your browser acting up possibly? When using Canvas, sometimes your browser can act up and intermittently failed to load certain things you are supposed to see. I have run into this a few times, myself. You can always try to clear the cache on the browser and see if this allows you to load the course navigation links as normal. Here are the Canvas guides for clearing cache on MAC and PC. Be sure to clear that data for "All Time" to ensure the best results after.
- Are you able to see the Modules link while using an incognito/private browser?
- Do you have a screenshot of what you are seeing on your computer? If so, you can try to upload it here on this post and we might be able to help out.
- Does the Modules link show up while using a different browser? HERE are the different supported browsers optimized for use in Canvas.
Hopefully this helps!
