move or copy Multiple questions from one item bank to another in New Quizzes?

Moving a single question is easy, as shown here:

But what about mutlple questions? This process is tedious as I'm trying move 20 questions at a time.

Mind you, the real problem I that I having to combine quiz banks because New Quiz questions can only draw questions from a single bank at a time. So if I want to source from multiple banks for a single question, I have to create a new combined question bank and then move the questions into it one-by-one from my existing ones.

Currently there is no way to carry out batch operations on large numbers of questions in New Quiz (e.g. I what to change the "shuffle answers ON/OFF" setting for 200 questions - good luck with that). Maybe I find an error in some questions and want to delete all affected questions. It would be nice to select a bunch of them and carry out some action on them as a group.

Currently we do not have a way to move multiple questions from one item bank to another. This has to be done per question right now.

I was seeing a good response on a similar question in the community: 

Migration from classic quizzes to new quizzes is currently more tedious than our team would like; they're working on functionality that will improve that process. For now, we've updated our FAQ: New Quizzes with a migration section to outline some of the migration behaviors. Let us know if one of these questions/answers works for what you're looking for. If not, you may want to hold tight as our team finishes their question bank migration project.

Thanks for your response. Unfortunately, I'm not migrating content for classic quizzes so this doesn't really help me.

I'm creating new content within the New Quiz format for content that is already organised into banks (actually it's old Blackboard content). I'm having to create "combined" banks everytime we have a question that should draw from multiple banks. Currently New Quiz questions can't do this. Simple operations like merge, duplicate and split banks would help but are missing and I look forward to their future implementation.

BTW I can't create the content in Classic and then migrate to New because each question has an individual "shuffle answers ON/OFF" setting and Classic doesn't support this (which is why I'm using New in the first place).

Is there any news about whether Canvas is working to solve this issue?

I am surprised that the developers hadn't considered that users might want to move multiple questions at a time.

It is so tedious moving over 100 questions by clicking on each one individually!

Still can't find an update to this. It has been over two years since the original post. Had hoped this feature might have been added by now..?
