Are Meals Provided on Tuesday?

Good morning,

My department is getting ready to attend InstructureCon in a couple of weeks (we're very excited!). I'm going through all the authorization steps for travel at our University, and I'm calculating the amount of meals that we'll be needing to provide on our own.

In the FAQ, it states that a meal will be provided at the Welcome Session, but I don't see that listed anywhere on the agenda. Does anyone know where to look for clarity on that? The only thing I saw for Tuesday was the Afternoon Break Session that had snacks and drinks that were being provided.

Hi @JordanGarciaNAU!  Dinner will be during the Opening Reception from 5:30-7:30 pm. One thing to be sure of, you won't go hungry during INSTCons. They tend to feed us well! 😊  And if this is your first one, be sure to come to the First Time InstCon Attendees Meetup on Wednesday from 8:30-9:00 am.  See you soon!

is there a place to find special things like the First Time InstCon Attendees Meetup? I don't see anything like that on the agenda in the app or online

I can tell you that the #SoloPandas meetup is Tuesday 6:00pm - 6:30pm and 1st InstCon Attendees Meetup is Wednesday 8:30 - 9:00 am.  Working with Instructure to get it added to the lists!
