Accessing Kaltura videos
If you are experiencing difficulties accessing Kaltura videos or other third-party media tools, try the following steps for resolving the issue.
Clear Cache and Cookies
Begin by clearing your browser's cache and cookies. Follow the steps below depending on which browser and operating system you use.
Use Incognito/Private Browser
If clearing your cache and cookies doesn't resolve the problem, something in your browser may be blocking your access to your media application. To verify this, try using Chrome’s incognito or Firefox Private mode.
Disable Cross-Site Tracking
You can try disabling Cross-Site Tracking.
You can try disabling extensions and try to access your videos again. Some extensions such as ad-blocking extensions may be blocking videos as well.
