Allow students to see if assignment was marked anonymously

This was a feature of the old Assignments but when Assignment Enhancements - Student is switched on this is no longer available to students

Hi, @sarah_craske! We actually have a ticket for our engineering team to add this visibility in Assignment Enhancements. You can keep your eye on the deploy notes for when this is added. Thanks!

@b_w_reid Just did quick test and yes it's fixed and students can see if assignment was marked anon
