Assignment enhancement and external tools

Hi!

In these release notes (https://community.canvaslms.com/t5/Assignment-Enhancements-Users/Canvas-Release-Assignment-Enhanceme...) it says that assignments using external tools are supported by assignment enhancements.  Apparently this update happened in October last year (https://community.canvaslms.com/t5/Assignment-Enhancements-Users/Assignment-Enhancements-Release-Cha...)

However, in testing I'm finding that assignments using external tools are using the existing assignments interface. Should I be seeing the new interface for thse assignments?
