Move Turnitin Tickbox

Assessments with Turnitin activated have a tickbox that presents 'below the fold'.

It would be useful for students and for Registry foe this to be located inline with the Submit Assessment button in the fixed position assignments student footer.

The panic and the workload that this causes is astonishingly stressful and heavy.

Interestingly, where a user account has Admin privileges, Assignments present the Turnitin tick box as directly above the Submission button.

Additionally, where the user account has Admin privileges, the result of a late submission is to show the 'You don't have access' message.
