Hi @chriscas 

I hope you're doing well.

I’m encountering an issue when trying to create users via CSV upload in SIS Import on Canvas. The users are being created successfully, but their email addresses are not appearing in the LMS. Instead, only their names are visible in the People section. As a result, I'm unable to access any user details via email or enroll them in courses.

Could you please help me resolve this issue? I'd appreciate it if you could look into this at your earliest convenience.

Hi @DeveshMishra,

I tried a quick test of this in my Canvas instance, and I can't reproduce what you appear to be seeing.  If you're sure you're uploading the correct csv file but are still not seeing the email in the people list (but do see other users' emails just to rule out the permissions possibilities), I'd recommend that you contact Canvas support for this one at this point.
