Problems adding a user (observer and teacher)

Hi everyone! I have a team of teachers/observers and I am having problems to add one of them in the platform. When I put her mail to add person automatically show up in numbers and she is not able to log in because she cannot create a personal password.

What is the problem? Am I doing something wrong? (See attached the caption)

Thanks for posting in the community.

Seeing a good response in a similar thread related to this same situation: 

I understand that you are running into issues when adding people to your courses in your Canvas Free For Teacher course. 

Judging by the screenshot you provided, it looks like the the students Full name, sortable name, and login ID are listed with that large number. 

When you try to add them to your course it will recognize that this is what is being used for their login ID. 

The student can always manage the setting for their Full and sortable names, which might make it easier for locating them in your course. 

HERE is a guide on how they can manage that information. 

You can also try to add them to your course by using their default email address, if they have provided that information to you. HERE is a guide that goes over that information.
