comments not visible

I posted a text comment in Speedgrader using the textbox.  but I cannot see it. I have to download it to see it. That is new and inconvenient.  I do not want to download to see the comment. How can I change it back to displaying the posted comment. Thanks.

We have noted that where a student override or assignment is deleted and then restored we seem to lose the speedgrader comments, despite evidence of these in the assignment audit log. This is unwelcome, and it would be helpful to nail down what causes this and whether it can be resolved.

Hi @EleanorChlan,

This seems like a bug that Instructure should address.  If you could, please report this to Canvas support so they can verify the behavior and create a ticket to get it investigated and hopefully resolved in the future.
