Can a student see that a teacher has the course section cross listed with another section?

I am a Canvas admin and I am allowing my teachers to cross list their courses for the first time.  A teacher asked me if she cross lists her course sections, if students inside the courses can see that.  I would imagine that the students would not see that, correct?  It's really about the teacher's ability to manage data in one place and that it will not affect the students at all.  Please confirm.  Thank you.

So I understand that the teacher can move the "People" tab to the bottom of the page in the Navigation tab in "Course Settings."  But regarding the other way that you mentioned, can a teacher select a bunch of students at once?  Or does it have to manually be done one at a time?  Thank you.

@rpsimon You can do a SIS import to do this en masse, otherwise you'll have to do it one at a time. If you are pushing enrollments through a SIS, though, this might be already set for the students.
