How do I export district teacher data as a CSV file?
As an administrator, you can export data about teachers in your district as a CSV file. This export includes data such as teacher names, teacher emails, teacher schools, SIS IDs, last teacher logins, the number of trackers that teachers have created, teacher roles, and teacher permissions.
The export displays data that makes troubleshooting, data validation, and data reporting more accessible.
Open Admin Menu
In the Global Navigation menu, click the Admin drop-down menu [1]. Then, select the Manage option [2].
Open Teachers
In the Manage list, click the Teachers link.
Export District Teacher Data
By default, the Manage Teachers page displays.
To export a CSV file of teacher data from your district, click the More icon [1] and select the Export Teachers option [2].
A CSV file automatically downloads to your computer from your web browser.
View District Teacher Data
You can open and view the CSV file on your computer.
District Teacher Data File Headers
- ID: the staff member's ID number
- First Name: the staff member's first name
- Last Name: the staff member's last name
- Email: the staff member's email address
- School: the school the staff member works for
- SIS ID: the staff member's student information system ID number, if one is assigned to them
- Last Login: the last date and time the staff member logged into Mastery Connect
- Status: the staff member's current status as active, pending, or suspended
- Number of Trackers Created: the total number of trackers the staff member has created in Mastery Connect across all school years
- Role: the Mastery Connect role that has been assigned to the staff member
- Additional Permissions: the additional permissions that have been granted to the staff member
