How do I reset a student's password as a Mastery Connect admin?

As a Mastery Connect admin, you can reset a student's password.

Teachers can also reset their students' passwords.

Open Admin Menu

Open Admin Menu

In the Global Navigation menu, click the Admin drop-down menu [1]. Then, select the Manage option [2].

Open Manage Students

Open Manage Students

Click the Students link.

Edit Student Account

Locate the student account, then click the Edit link.

Enter New Password

Enter New Password

In the Edit Student page, enter a new password in the New Password field [1]. Enter the same password in the Confirm Password field [2]. Then, click the Save button [3].

The student can now log in with the new password.
