How do I view updates to my Mastery Connect support ticket?

After you have created a Mastery Connect support case, you can view updates for an individual case in the Instructure support customer portal.

Note: You can also view updates and messages from the support team in your email.

Open Customer Portal

Open Support Request

In the Global Navigation menu, click the Help icon [1]. Then, click the Submit a support request link [2].

Open Case

Click the case number link for the case you want to view [1].

To search for a case, enter the case number or details in the Search field  [2].

Note: The Search field finds text contained in the case number, status, subject, case description text, or web name.

Open Chatter

To view the case activity feed and comments, click the Chatter tab.

In the Chatter space, view any messages sent by the support team [1].

To search for words in a message, enter text in the Search field [2]. Then, click the Enter key on your keyboard.

Note: Although the Chatter feed includes Post and Update options, it is best practice to send additional communications about the case via email as replies to your original confirmation email from Instructure support.
