How do I manage a collection of objects from the dashboard in the Elevate Standards Alignment App?

You can manage a collection of learning objects from the dashboard in the Elevate Standards Alignment App. You can edit, rename, or delete your collection of learning objects as needed while managing them.

Manage Object Collection

In the Dashboard, locate the Manage Object Collections tile. Click the Manage button.

Find and Select Collection

To rename or delete an object collection, click the collection's More Options icon [1]. In the More Options menu, click either the Rename or Delete option [2].

In the Object Collections window, you can use the Search field to narrow down your search results [3].

To select a collection for editing, click the radio button next to an object collection [4].

To edit the filters in a selected collection, click the Edit button [5].

Click an Arrow icon to expand a filter group [1]. As needed, select or remove additional filters by clicking a checkbox [2]. The Current Filters list changes to show removed or added filters [3].

To clear all selected filters, click the Clear All Filters link [4].

To go back to the Collections page, click the Back to Collections link [5].

To view keyboard shortcuts, click the Keyboard Shortcuts button [6].

To update the saved collection with the current filters, click the Update Saved Collection button [7].

Note: As you select filters, the count of matching objects in subsequent filters updates dynamically based on selected filters.
