In the Instructure Community, your profile page displays a default avatar. You can select a new avatar from one of the Community collections, or create your own avatar in the Settings menu.
To update your profile settings, you must be logged in to the Instructure Community.

Open My Settings
In the Global Navigation menu, click the Avatar icon [1]. Then, click the My Settings link [2].
Update Avatar
Click the Avatars link [1].
You can select an avatar from the Community collection, from your albums in the Community, or from the Web. To select a location, click the location tab [2].
If the Community tab is selected, to chose a collection click the Choose a Collection drop-down menu [3]. Then, to choose an avatar from the collection, click an Avatar icon [4].
To upload an image from your computer, click the Upload an Avatar link [5].
View Success Message
The success menu displays [1], and the new avatar displays [2].
